Rogier is a passionate revenue professional with a keen eye for data, strategy, and segmentation. With over 15 years of experience across both unbranded and international hotel brands (Accor, IHG, Radisson, Hyatt, Hilton, and Marriott), he has a proven track record of integrating data and processes to deliver real results.
In various roles within Revenue Management, he worked at Asset Managers and Hotel Operators (from Cluster Revenue Manager to Group Director of Revenue) in several major markets such as Amsterdam, London, Paris, Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Copenhagen, Brussels, Manchester and Liverpool.

Bart Reints Bok is an experienced hotelier and entrepreneur with a strong commercial vision. As the founder and owner of Charme Hotels and owner of the Hampshire Hotels label, he knows the hospitality sector inside and out—both strategically and operationally.
Bart studied at the Hotel Management School in The Hague and built his career through various management roles in the hotel industry. His expertise lies in combining commercial strategy with operational execution—always with a focus on returns and brand value.
